United's detailed 3D mapping and characterization provides the foundation for development and exploratory work in oil and gas companies.  3D structures, isopachs and 3D pay maps and facies models are developed for optimist well placement planning.  3D visualization provides clarity to see opportunities and sweet spots within the reservoirs.  Our mapping process has been applied to several resource types such as heavy oil, conventional oil and gas reservoir as well as tight gas and CBM.
